PAC hosts annual Advocacy Summit

Palo Alto College (PAC) held its second annual Advocacy Summit on Friday, Sept. 6 to spread awareness about student wellness challenges and initiatives. The event was attended by PAC faculty, staff, and students, as well as community members. The annual Summit focuses on the needs of college students outside the classroom and what institutions and organizations can do to help students achieve success in school and life. Attendees learn about removing various non-academic barriers to ensure students can be successful both academically and personally. This year's event focused on students' mental health needs as they relate to personal and academic success.

 

PAC faculty published in Oxford Bibliographies

Palo Alto College (PAC) founding faculty member Dr. Ralph Castillo's article "Chicano Literature" was recently published by Oxford University Press' Oxford Bibliographies in Latino Studies.
